TAD DCF Analyzer is a 33 in 1 calculator that performs complex discounted cash flow analysis on upto 2 projects.
TAD DCF Analyzer runs on your Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows XP desktops. No installation is required to run the programs on Windows however to run the calculator on Windows XP you will have to install .net runtime version 2.0 or higher.
The following screen shot shows the data entry screen where you provide weighted average cost of capital WACC, the finance rate and a guess rate along with schedule of net cash flows for periodic data and a schedule of cash flow timings for cash flows with irregular timings.

TAD DCF Analyzer performs various financial calculations, these calculations are illustrated below with an example. Assume you as a financial analyst were handed the task to evaluate two capital budgeting projects provided that your company's cost of capital is 12% and so is the finance rate. The two projects have regular periodic cash flows yet we will also assume that a schedule of cash flows timings is provided as follows.
